Return & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with complete confidence at Aasthaaura. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping but if anything goes wrong, we will always make it right.
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You can return if:
- You received a damaged or broken item
- You received the wrong product
- The Rudraksha bead is cracked or defective on arrival
- The chain or bracelet string is broken on arrival
How to Return WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will respond within 24 hours with your refund or replacement .
Refund Refund is processed within 2–3 business days after we verify the return. It will be credited to your original payment method — UPI, card, or bank account. For COD orders refund is sent via UPI or bank transfer directly.
Replacement If you prefer a replacement instead of refund — we ship a new product within 2 business days at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns if:
- The item has been used or worn
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Damage is caused by misuse
- Original packaging is missing
Return Shipping For damaged or wrong items we arrange free pickup from your address. You do not need to go anywhere.
